There is medical grade marijuana which gets rid of anxiety attacks, if that is one of your symptoms. Different strains have different effects. I recommend finding the strain that has the features you need for your particular MS symptoms. Ask your Medical Marijuana Provider, about the different strains, which ones do what. You are the only one who knows exactly what you go through in a day, it's your responsibility (while you are still all there), to take an active role in your care.
I have come to the conclusion that PPMS is a "just deal with it" disease, Medical Marijuana helps me get through my day. Without it, the pain, anxiety attacks, swollen hands and feet, tingling from head to toe, would drive me nuts.

    This Study,

I too experienced panic attacks from weed when i first started smoking. I guess this is because your body is becoming familiar with THC reaction. Also cannabis has a tendency to amplify a lot of things that you're thinking mentally. If you mentally are freaking out or paranoid getting really high would just increase this. Setting is everything.

I would suggest that you go to a nice quiet place, maybe outside somewhere that you can smoke cannabis without others being nosy. You should start off by using mid-grade weed, which is normally around regular price. Build up a tolerance to mid-grade then move to the medical grade. If you have little tolerance to weed and go straight for medical, it will likely cause a panic attack. I'm an everyday smoker, and there is medical strains that knock me out so i could only imagine the effects of a frequent smoker.

In due time you will be able to smoke without feeling anxiety, paranoia and panic attacks. You will start to feel and accept the lovely vibrations of the wonderful cannabis plant and most importantly...it will stop your seizures. I had a friend who had epilepsy and once he became a daily smoker the seizures vanished. Until this day he has not had one in over 3 years since he started smoking regular.

People can say what they want about cannabis. But it is TRULY a miracle drug. It can help ween you off hardcore narcotic addictions and help you with various health problems that prescription meds either worsen or just temporarily moderate the symptoms.
