Hello:

I've suffered from depression and generalized anxiety most of my life never understanding what was wrong with me.! 10 years ago an internist doctor prescribed -Effexor-. It helped a little, not much

Two years ago after a -Parathyroid surgery- and ovary surgery, started menopause.

Different doctors gave me medications, didn't know they all were for depression

It's a miracle that I'm still alive -literally-. Currently taking Paxil and Synthroid. Can I start taking Garcinia Cambogia and Royal Jelly without drug interaction? I put on about 40 lb. in the 2 years of "Literally Hell that I went through.

Even with medication, still struggling with anxiety and depression.!

Thank you for all your help!!!.- Eloise

I'm 47 years and have been taking 5mg of Paxil for the last three years for anxiety. I've also taken it in the past for depression. I need to know if it is safe to take garcinia Cambodia while on Paxil. I really want to lose weight and can't seem to find anything to help.

Hi Eloise- I share similar symptoms with you regarding anxiety. Agreed-Menopause is hell. look up on WEB MD your thyroid med -necessary of course for your condition- just to inform yourself fully about this particular drug. Better informed helps you make better choices like -> This From Web MD: "Garcinia is POSSIBLY SAFE for most people when ->used for 12 weeks or less Long-term safety is unknown.->"Garcinia can cause nausea, digestive tract discomfort, and headache."(!) I have found out I am very sensitive to most supplements except B vitamins. IF your depression continues-tell your Doc-adding another may help. Perhaps Thyroid condition also causes depression a double whammy for you. I take Proxac an-SSRI-My Doc just started me on that one after years of seeing me I had to gain her trust I guess-along with long term low dose [50 mg] Elavil-a tricyclic, and low dose of diazapam !only 7.5 mg a day! it is very important to keep diazepam BELOW ten mg per day to avoid addiction[valium]
