  • BP increased (180/100) despite being on benazepril 20mg everyday. Was increased to 2omg twice a day. BP fluctuated from 120/80 to170/86. Frequent throughout the day. Cardura 4mg added at night. BP 169/85 on rising. Took benazepril and 1 hour later 90/70. I expect dizziness first 24 hours. Is this a good combination? I got leg edema with amlodipine and hives with HCTZ. Sulfa allergy.

Hello..I posted right after U and one other person. I've had similar problems plus...I've talked to smone else that told me about having extreme problems with her periods that the Topamax had caused and she had to be taken off right away. I hadn't ever heard this before, but God works in mysterious ways bcuz we had just spoken for the first time and by her informing me of that then I was able to put two and two together to associate Topamax with possibly alot that has been going on with me. Of course it affects Ur memory so I even forgot to add U end up getting vision loss. Take it from smone whose had 7 yrs of it and massive repricussions, GET AWAY WHILE U CAN!!

I'm experiencing the same thing! I've been taking buproprin - or however it's spelled - for two months now and my OB told me to get off. The first period I had while on it was HORRIBLE - litterally had child birth contractions and enormous pain in right overy. Second period wasn't quite as bad but heavy, heavy bleeding. Ten days after my period started, crampiness with lots of clear discharge. I never cramp while I'm ovulating, so, getting off the med to see if my woman parts regulate!

  • Pain across the abdomen area. I have been on Benazephril for approximately 5 days and the pain started a day ago. Chills, then sweating at times. Feel of wanting to throw up at the severest pain. Everytime I eat, i tend to feel the pain. It feels like my intestines are bloated.
