I take 2 spironolactone per day since Feb. It has helped to balance my blood pressure. The only ptoblem is, dry throat. This is particularly hard for me because I am a musical performer and teacher. I sing 3 hours per day on the average and I'm 60 years old. I want to keep my voice...and I like the results of the spiro drug for blood pressure and also added weight management is a plus. Does anyone have ideas other than throats lozenges?
Hi everyone, so I've been taking Lo Loestrin for 5 days now and ever since the day after I took the first pill, it's been difficult to swallow and eat without choking. I also have bad breath because of the dryness that I can't get rid of, no matter how many times I brush my teeth. If anyone is experiencing similar things, please let me know, and maybe we could work on a way to get rid of it or decide if it's better to stop taking Lo Loestrin all together.
I took macrobid for a UTI infection about a month ago, and it never quite agrees with me. While I am taking Macrobid I am tired, sore, shivers, a slight difficulty breathing. Now a month later these reactions have ceased but I have been experiencing a dry throat/dry cough since finishing the medication. Has any one else had a similar experience?
