I have been suffering with severe Chorea for many years. Even before taking Celexa, which I am currently using 40 mg. The Chorea started after taking a MAOI medication Nardil. After adding Valproic Acid the Chorea resolved. I was taken off the Valproate and to make a long story shorter, several medications later, the Chorea is back. For many years the movements were diagnosed as anxiety, but finally I changed doctors and she sent a video of me having an episode and showed a neurologist, who diagnosed it as Chorea. I must say that Celexa is not the only drug that causes Chorea. This disorder has been debilitating for me.
