Hi! I am going absolutely crazy because I have not had a period since beginning wellbutrin 6 weeks ago and no one seems to believe it is related to the meds!! I am 32 years old, 99.9% sure I am not pregnant and since starting wellbutritn have been feeling much happier, however 10 days ago my dose had been increased to 300 mg (from 150 mg) and I have been nauseous ever since. Along with the nausea, I have been experiencing PMS-like symptoms for over a week (bloating, some cramps here and there, swollen breasts). I also gained about 3-4 lbs in the last 10 days (normal weight around 115-116, currently bouncing between 119-120 lbs); I am 5'5 so this weight is fine for my body it just feels very umm... fluffy and swollen, not natural like when I have fluctuated at other times in my life.
