I eat a fairly healthy diet is veg fruit nuts, I don't fry BUT I did like my butter and icecream! So changed from butter to flora stopped ther icecream, ate more fish, had a cholesterol drink every day, done this for two months and got my blood taken again and my cholesterol had gone JP by 1 point to 7.4!!!!! HOW . I suffer from cold and take tramadol painkillers, I am reluctant to go on statins because of the side effects and bad press. I have a strong family history of heart problems and am worrying about what to do for the best ifanyone can help I would be grateful for any advice Thanks, Serena
Hi, not sure were to begin. Im just still trying to find answers, not much help from the ring around the rosie with doctors .. 5 years .. started with a twisted back injury muscle pain, led to severe anxiety, fibromyalsia, useless pain meds, failed phy therapy, frustration, recuring infections, nerve pain, shingles, sepsis, ckd3, hypothyroidism, weight gain, joint and bone pain, tinnitus, hearing loss, eye pain & sensitivity, painful lipomas, swollen lymph nodes, high TPO antibody levels- Hashimoto's. Many other symptoms that come and go, seizures for a few months, touble swallowing n chewing severe headaches, but then they stop ? Too many specialists not enough concern or focus on the big picture. Each one looks at certain conditions and classifies it, can't find a doctor to put it all together, I would love even half of my quality of life back that I had 5 years ago. But being ill, in chronic pain and in brain fog only having 1-2 days a week lucky to have 2-3 good hours in those days isnt alot of time to search for answers while raising kids on your own. So my next question is it Epstein Barr thats causing these lipomas and is linked to so much more? Let me get into this site n see what others of you are saying.. From all I have read from other forums my heart goes out to everyone, we dont suffer alone that is for sure, quietly maybe but not alone. This is my first time in 5 years writing my story.
