I was diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome about a year ago but I think I had it and the anemia associated with it for longer. I have been treated with Procrit successfully. Besides MDS, I suffer from hypothyroidism, gallstones and complete dysphasia which means that I use a feeding tube for all food and water.
