I have post ET myelofibrosis. VET since 2005 probably longer. Myelofibrosis since 2010. Since I've been on Jakafi in 2012 I have had two abscess teeth. Both had root canals. The last one now needs pulled.
I had a reaction to prawns (almost passed out). I didn't rash up or have difficulty in breathing. The following day I noticed blisters and swelling on the roof of my mouth. I now think I have an abscess. It's very painful and keeping me awake at night. I'm wondering how common this is.
