Hi, I have just been prescribed Crestor for a cholesterol prob. I have been taking Valerian for several years at bedtime as both a muscle relaxer and sleep aid. I have TMJ and the V helps me not clench my jaw so I don't trigger the TMJ. I was told to take the Crestor at night too. I have checked with a pharmacist and am waiting to hear from by Dr. before I start the Crestor. Has anyone else found a solution to this conflict? I know the Crestor works best if taken in the evening but I was thinking of taking it late afternoon instead. Still concerned the Valerian will interfere. Any help and/or advice is much appreciated.
