- Carbidopa And Levodopa - 25MG;100MG (carbidopa; levodopa): used for < 1 month
- (hydroxyzine hydrochloride): used for 1 - 2 years
- Naproxen - 500MG (naproxen): used for 1 - 6 months
- Methocarbamol - 500MG (methocarbamol): used for 6 - 12 months
