Conditions: Atrial Fibrillation, Cerebrovascular Accident Prophylaxis, Blood Cholesterol Increased, Gastrooesophageal Reflux Disease, Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, Hypertension

Drugs taking:
- Pradaxa
- Pradaxa: used for 1 - 6 months
- Xarelto: used for < 1 month
