  • From this study (2 months ago):

  • I was working out at gym for last 5 months and started to get muscle cramps in the last 3 weeks that were pretty severe. Stopped working out but I am still getting cramps and feeling sore and aches. Afraid of having heart attack since I have history of such. Have 2 stents but never had heart attack yet. Worried cramps will cause it.

You should have your labs checked to determine if you are having any abnormalities in electrolytes. Are you taking medications since some could cause cramping. More information is needed because the cause could be determined and readily corrected
