  • Sleep paralysis while on medrol and norco
On my 5th day of my dose pack about an hour after taking medrol and a norco I experienced sleep paralysis for the first time. This is the 3rd dose pack in 2 months and I just switched back to norco from Ultram the same day I started the latest dose pack. I felt unusually sleepy before taking my bedtime dose, but felt awake shortly after taking it. My sleep habits have been fluctuating due to sciatic pain which is why I am prescribed this medication.
  • Sodium phosphate sensitivity - chlortrimaton helps
When I eat meat or any product with Sodium Phosphate in it, either in one large dose or cumulatively I get all of these symptoms. It gets worse if I eat it in consecutive meals and/or days. Taking Chlortrimaton eases the symptoms. The Doctor says this is not an allergy but is a sensitivity to Sodium Phosphate. There are other meat tenderizers and preservatives that have one or more of the symptoms listed but I have not been able to identify them.
  • The effect of magnesium citrate on coumadin
the combination of coumadin and magnesium citrate guarantees too low INR
  • Heavy sweating during sleep
Pain killers like Tylenol 3, vicodin 20 years, Valium and Soma 12 years. Sweat heavy during sleep.
  • Seizure patient was on depakote for 16 years now on keppra 1500 mg.
I am 28 years old and been off depakote for 5 months. I started keppra to control my seizure disorder, which works great. But for the past year I have developed osteoarthritis in my thoracic, si joints, and lumbar. I get alot of muscle hypersensitivity and pain. Can any of this be due to long term effects of seizure meds?

  • physician things delusions/hallucinations are due to arterial temporitis flareup and has increased prednisone from 10mg to 40mg. Now she won't sleep, and had much trouble before that as it is. Sometimes she is lucid, other times delusional (calling for people who aren't there). Husband passed away in April. Recovering from a UTI but underlying symptoms still there. Dr. also increased seroquel from 25 to 50mg. at bedtime. She wakes up two times at night wanting to get out of bed.
