My friend come down with a severe upper respiratory infection. She has been sick for a week with it. When symptoms develope, to avoid getting sick I usually take up to 9 Echinacea capsules at a time and it always works. Symptoms disappear. To avoid this upper respiratory infection I began taking this dose twice a day. Again it warded off the infection. In a couple of days I developed heart palpitations that are constant. This is the only thing I can attribute it to.

I ve been taking this supplement for 3 weeks now and I experience serious insomnia. I thought first it was the Ashwagandha which I take it for long time in the evening, but I quit it and I still experience the same horrible insomnia. So, the only one responsible could be the Echinacea which I take 3 times per day, just before to sleep...
