  • Urinary track infection and bydureon
After 7 weeks of nausea vomiting and diarrhea I got a uti that was hard to get rid of. I also have an inflammation of sacaril nerve. Have had antibiotics and steroids. It is still hurting after 2 months.Don't know if this is connected but is a fact.
  • Bactrim causes severe side effects (1 response)
I get bladder infections on a regular basis. I do not have a doctor so I end up in the ER every time. I normally go to the same ER but not all the time. I have been prescribed medications like Cipro and Bactrim. Cipro usually knocks out the infection but I always get another one.
For the last three years Doctors have been prescribing me Bactrim. In the last two months I had three bladder infections and took Bactrim for ten days seven and three. I didn't realize the medications themselves would harm me as well. Now I have severe abdominal pain every single day. I did some research on Bactrim and discovered it can cause several different kinds of stomach problems. I have been in pain for two months straight non-stop.
I finally discovered that the Bactrim killed both the good and bad bacteria in my body and now my digestive system is off balance. I went to a natural food store and bought some probiotics. It helped relieve some stomach pain after four days, but if I forget to take it one time it comes back. I think something is wrong with me but not exactly sure what. When I get a doctor next month I will update this article.
I just want to say that Bactrim has severe side effects, I DO NOT recommend taking this drug. Cipro is better in the long run.
  • Something should be done....
Medicine had my kness aching badly. Cause my legs to lock up where I couldn't bend then. Had to elevate for 2weeks. Feeling better but they still hurt and knees keep popping. Had to take fluid pills cause they were so swollen.
  • Eczema and birth control-microgestin
I started getting eczema over the last year and recently decided it may be from the birth control as well, which I started taking @ 2 months before I got the eczema and skin started breaking out...weight gain, etc. I am on singulair, westcort cream, moisture/kenalog, exederm cream, cerevue wash, cetaphil moisturizer, and started using the black soap which is apparently helping. I started a vegetarian diet and eat mainly the same foods daily to monitor anything for allergies. I stopped taking the pill 3 days ago and I am optimistic. I am hoping others have had positive experiences.
  • Lo loestrin and breast plate pain
This has to be the worst birth control I have ever taken. I felt like two different people. I turned into a lunatic when I was in my cycle - which I never knew when I was on my cycle because I bled for two days here, four days there, 5 days another time. I never knew when I was going to bleed. My face had cysts and I was breaking out like I was going through puberty-I'm 33! I was having pain in my breast bone where the cartilage meets the sternum. I am talking about serious pain! It felt like I had slept on my side for hours with a boulder on me. I would never recommend this birth control to anyone. If you are taking it and feeling these symptoms, talk to your doctor about switching birth control immediately!
