  • pain from nerves being pressured by swelling in right hand so intense wakes me up or keeps me awake. To alleviate will stand up and shake hand violently to reduce swelling. This allows me to go to sleep for about 30 mins.
    Recently found that by leaving hands exposed to cold outside of covers I can get up to 2 hrs of sound sleep.
