Can you answer these questions (Ask a question):

  • Can my symptoms actually pinpoint a cause/condition? (1 answer)
I would just like insight on this. I'm on pain management right now, but it's just to manage the pain. Every thing else has really been not taken serious by any physican it office I've been to. Is this normal stuff many woman go through? I'm just sick of feeling like this between the constant pain & the daily having to pluck hairs it's insane. I'm in fantastic shape(used to be double my weight & now I'm 100lbs), the best looking I've ever been with a incredibly good looking husband & a wonderful family. My issues seem to detour a lot of things & while I'm young I'd like to get this solved or some type of solution to even maintain myself, not looking for a miracle, but would really appreciate answers.
  • What's the reaction taking bupropn with my other medications?
My pharmacist gave me someone else's prescription bupropion. The person had the same first name as me as well as the first few letters of my last name. I have been having horrible side affects so I quit taking all meds but unfortunately I need my meds so I couldn't stop for to long. My husband says when did you start depression medicine I laughed and said no that's steroids to help me heal from back surgery to which he said no I read the insert it says depression. So I check the bottle and sure enough not mine. When I went to pick up my prescriptions my pharmacist actually grabbed one and said o this isn't your name isn't (the name on my bottle I have now) I said no. Which he then put it back and proceeds to check me out. He took out all my medications and we named them together out loud as we got to the "steroid" I ask him if I could take it with myother he said "yes, take it in the morning after breakfast" Which it's the directions on the bottle so I did just as directed. Seeing the first name the same as mine and half of the last name savings as mine at glance I didn't really figure it could be someone else's so I just took it. I'm worried it has affected my healing from recently having back surgery. My back feels as if I never had surgery. I have a constant chronic extremely painful headaches and every time I stand up it feels as if all my blood has rushed to my head sometimes it's so sever it's to the passing out stage. I wonder if this is all from the wrong medication reacting with my regular medications. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated!!!!
  • Can left side flank pain be caused by endometriosis?
I was treated for cyst fluid removal & my appendix removal with surgery two years ago. That's when stage 2 endometriosis was found & removed. I am experiencing horrible pain in my back left flank area & in my lower stomach. I was treated for a kidney infection 1 month ago, but symptoms increased which led to X-rays & blood tests & ultra sound which none showed any problems. I was told it was my endometriosis & I needed to see a obgyn. I did & nothing has been resolved yet. I have my second appointment with the Dr today to discuss everything. I have been bed ridden & patient for 1 month now. The dr isn't sure why I'm having flank pain. I stretch & move around as much as I can so my body doesn't stiffen up. I'm EXAUSTED & I just want my life back.
  • Does mastitis cause swelling of feet and ankle?
I was diagnosed with Granolomatous Mastitis about 3 weeks ago. I've had swelling of my left leg and large red bumps on both legs. Is that normal? I've been getting a high fever for the past 3 days. The actual infection on my breast doesn't hurt. There is No swelling on the breast.

  • Nausea and vomiting while taking savella
I have been on Savella for 6 months now and the nausea has increased with time and now I also have vomiting daily along with occasional diarrhea. I am currently weaning off of the Savella, cutting the dosage in half for two weeks and then one pill every other day for two weeks, following my dr.'s instructions. I have three weeks total left and still have the nausea and vomiting but hopeful that these will start to go away soon. Anyone else who has weaned off of it- how long until your symptoms subsided?
  • Farxiga ? problems, stomach, smell, taste
I have been on Farxiga for 2 months. First, I was on Farxiga 5mg, About 6 weeks ago changed to 10 mg, about same time I noticed my coffee smelled different and bad, kept on a week and asked my wife. Changed coffee brand twice. It got worse, began to taste it. For the last week I can smell it in my food, anything fresh out of microwave. Now I smell it in my bowel movement. I called Doctor earlier in week reported. He wants to wait about a week and call back if persists. I am a diabetic and first few days this helped. Doctor reduced my insulin and got me off glimepiride and my Sugar readings have been higher since such as 175-200. This is my only medicine change close to time period. Please respond with help or if you experience similar problems.

I am 28 years old and been off depakote for 5 months. I started keppra to control my seizure disorder, which works great. But for the past year I have developed osteoarthritis in my thoracic, si joints, and lumbar. I get alot of muscle hypersensitivity and pain. Can any of this be due to long term effects of seizure meds?
