  • I suffered a heart attack three weeks ago. Have three stents ... left, left circumflex and right coronary arteries. Meds listed above are what the doctors put me on. Since my discharge, I am unable to sleep more than an hour at a time, suffer from anxiety and feel fatigued.

I suggest you read the book " The Sinatra Solution" he is a metabolic Cardiologist and his book has helped so many of my patients over the years. Good luck! David Sinatra is his name I believe. It's about how to heal your heart naturally.

I was so lucky, one artery blocked 100% and one 80% found when I went for a pre operation physical to have my shoulder replaced. I have three stents, then this past July I had a mild stroke, now this week I have been told my heart is running slow, have to wait to go to cardiologist to find out what that means. I too am sleepy, low energy, do not want to do anything, everything is a chore, short of breath and so on.
