I am an adult male aged 70. My Doctor prescribed this medicine for my swollen throat which at the time I can hardly swallow my own spit with out pain level I would place ar 4 on a 0 to 10 scale. How can I possibly take this after eating breakfast when I cannot eat any breakfast?
