  • I have heard that naloxone can be helpful not only with alcohol cravings but with weight loss. I heard, though, that naloxone can cause the thyroid hormones to increase and the TSH to decrease--i.e. hyperthyroidism. The recommendation from this non-peer reviewed paper was to use low dose naloxone--1.5-4.0 mg. instead of the 50 mg. that is used for the treatment of alcoholism or drug abuse. There was a drug, Contrave, a combination of Wellbutrin and Naloxone that was rejected by the FDA. Can I use naloxone and at what dose for weight loss?

  • For about 6 weeks I have had these symptoms. After much internet research
I feel as though I am histamine intolerant. I have been on a low histamine
diet for 4 weeks. I have seen an improvement. I have tried daosin supplement
once..did not help much. Plan on taking 2 capsules next. This is pretty miserable(symptoms, diet and bad constipation issues; taking Fibercon) ALSO, have discovered I am reacting to food dyes and supplements.
