I have copd, bronchieactasis, am on load of tabs, Spiriva, clopidogrel, digoxin, levothyroxine, furisomide and ramipril.

also use nebuliser 3 times daily with 2.5ml normal saline and 2,5ml salbutamol. have salbutamol inhalers for when I go out, am on oxygen 16 hours per day at 2L

also have cor pulmonale and pulmonary hypertension, I know prognosis is not good, but am worried as breathing is so bad, yet I don't have an infection at the moment and ex ray shows clear, so why am I so short of breath? usually I can function nr, normal when not sob and can even reduce use of o2 to about 5 hours a day, don't understand why after a year of living as described, I know need to use o2 the full 16 hours per day again and am so short of breath. am I just getting worse, no one will tell me at hospital. thank you
