  • I was on lithium when first diagnosed with Graves disease-now stopped. I had a few episodes of what is understood to be serotonin syndrome. I had submandibular gland removed 3 years ago. I had bad foot infection (both feet) 3 years ago. I always suffered with depression and anxiety/social always. I was on Effexor 225mg for 3 years now I take 150mg moclobimide twice a day. I stopped Effexor and lithium together when it was supposed that it could have caused serotonin syndrome. Thank you

  • From this study (4 years ago):

  • I have tendinitis in my feet, ankles, achilles, knees, and shoulders. I have been treating all of it with moderate success. I also have hyperthyroidism caused by graves disease which I just started treating with medication.

3 days ago, I added Savella to the mix to help with the pain but mostly to manage my depression. Since then, I have had pain and swelling in my wrists, more pain in my lower back, and excess pain in my joints that I kow for sure is not caused by tendinitis. Of course I have had sweating/hot flashes, fatigue and bad nausea from Savella too, but the joint pain and weird swelling is what is worrying me.
