From this study (1 year ago):
Wondering if Aleve caused blood pressure, anxiety, sleeplessness, vision & hearing problems? Assume anxiety is due to stress of constant dizzy feeling. Lost work and fun from effects for years. Didn't occur to me until recently. I always used to take Tylenol for everything because asprin messed up my stomach until someone reccommended Aleve...about 3 years ago. Definitely helped the pain for longer time. Had no idea about the "required glass of water" the "don't use if you smoke" or "may cause dizziness, shortness of breath, confusion, slurred speech, sudden vision changes". I was a wreck on many occasions and went to the Emergency Room for seizure or heart attack feelings. Really scary and, though symptoms are less now that I'm not taking it, the symptoms are still there.
