Z Drugs in real world that are associated with: Comments from related studies: From this study (2 weeks ago): I had surgery 12+ years ago, I've been on several medications to treat trigeminal, and antivert for vertigo. Most recently I've been given baclofen and valium to help with trigeminal and vertigo. There are no evident triggers, either trigimenal or vertigo just happens. My trigeminal and vertigo stems from a parotid gland tumor about the size of a grapefruit, which was removed 12+ years ago. Due to the ramification of the tumor, the whole right side of the face was removed, and plastic surgery performed to reconstruct my face, thereafter I developed TN, the vertigo already existed before the surgery. Reply From this study (4 weeks ago): brain injury, pressure sores seizure Reply From this study (4 weeks ago): SDtarted Baclofen 10 mgs TID after stopping drinking moderately. Reply Dothan al on Apr, 21, 2013: Wow- i too have been having the same symptoms of malaise, tingling and numbness all over body, and muscle spasms. Im currently taking baclofen 10 mg twice daily and protonix. Please stay posted and let me knw your outcome. Also, i have body twitching. I have been to a dr that said i have fibromyalgia and started me on cymbalta. Im going to stop all meds at once- these meds bring about other symptoms. Thanks for sharing! Reply From this study (1 month ago): Pressure and clogging of ears. Don't notice I'm not hearing out of one ear or the other until hearing comes back out of the blue. Reply From this study (2 months ago): I take Baclofen 10 mgs qid to decrease my abdominal and leg spasms. Without Baclofen I have strong lengthly spasms that take my breath away. Since I increased my dose from bid to tid and recently qid I have noticed my feet are increasingly cyanotic. This is a serious concern. Ted hose don't help. Do you think it's possible that fewer leg spasms have caused impairment of circulation in my feet which are dependent most of the day. Reply
