Hi, have had accute restless leg syndrome for over 20 years. Have been taking sifrol for 10, and it is now less effective. I was recently diagnosed as having acute sleep apnea and am using a cpap machine. It was hoped that this might settle my legs. If anything it's antagonised them. My legs now are off during the day also. My gp put me on baclofen to take with sifrol to see if it's effective. Wow the first night it kicked off my legs into hyperdrive. I basically got no sleep and was a walking zombie next day. Second night, same, but they settled down after about 2 hrs. I got a good night's sleep but the severity of the movement of my legs due to drug interaction has had me limping about today. Like when you get bad cramps then have sore muscles afterwards. I find I can not sit for long, mostly lying on floor. Anyone else had this kind of reaction?

Hi! I started Humira 8 months ago. After the first 2 months, I started losing weight. It tapered off after 2 months, but I lost 15 pounds. I thought it was because I stopped taking prednisone after being on it for years. Just wondering what others have experienced.
