  • For about four months I am often awakened with tachycardia. No other symptoms. I am able to go back to sleep almost immediately. I have just discontinued Advil pm caplet 1 to see if symptom goes away

  • BP ranges 125-130 over 75-87 when getting up prior to meds to 90-50 sometimes in the evening. I am a little stressed and so diphenhydramine helps me sleep along with melatonin. THese are OTC
