I have been using cyproheptadine for two months now, twice a week. I have just ordered a hair pill call hairfinity which consist of biotin and should be taken 2 times a day. Is it good to take both pills at the same time? If not when can I take both? And how many should take a day?

I started taking biotin 10,000 mcg less than a week ago. For the last four days I've had a almost serve twitching in my left upper eye lid between my brow. I say severe because it's to the point that it's tingling and almost numb. I have an appt but was wondering if anyone experienced this?
