I am having hair loss issues for about 10 to 15 years and in the my recent years it has become more prevalent. I have tried to take biotin however when I take it it causes vaginal bleeding . I am 52 plus years old going through free menopausal symptoms. I have an irregular cycle. There's one thing I've noticed when I massage my scalp it helps throat I'm assuming it has to do with the blood circulation. Can you please provide some information concerning biotin since helpful for hair growth. Thanks
