a friend of mine had the same issue with 5mg pill. Ears and ears have been ringing now already for 4 days (yesterday he told me that the ringing was softer for several hours but then it reprised and it's still there).
He only took the pills 4 times in his life, less than once a week and with a very small dose (5mg). So really I think that Cialis is very dangerous and this is a russian roulette.. you may be lucky or unlucky.. if you're unlucky you ruin your ears possibly even for good.

Ok, I too took Cialis but only two times. I got a free three pack from my doctor and thought I would try it. Well, of course it worked great but within about four days after taking the first pill my ears began to ring. At first, I did not associate the ringing with the pill, but it continued to ring for the next two weeks. The ringing isn't deafening but its a constant mild ring that I have gotten used to. It seems to be more intense at night while in bed but I attribute that to it being quite. In any event two after taking the first pill, I took a second pill. Well the ringing stopped within 30 minutes of taking the pill. It was then that realized my ringing ears stemmed from the Cialis. Again, after about four days the ringing returned and has no stopped since. I have the third pill but now, I will not take it for fear of a more deafening ear ringing side effect. I read all of the possible causes and none apply to me. I am a 42 years old, white male and I am in pretty good health. I eat good my cholesterol is moderate, i have occasional lower back pain, I am not depressed, I have no hypertension, no MS, no Osteoporosis, no hepatitis, no anxiety, never smoked, my blood pressure is always perfect (96/68 to 100/70), I have no nothing.... I am in good shape, so to say it mildly I am very irritated my ears are constantly ringing after taking only two Cialis pills. My ears never rang in the past without a cause, like shooting a gun without hearing protection. They have been ringing now for about five months and I am praying it will stop.
