Was prescribed Colestipol for gastritis. Was already on 40mg of Citalopram. After taking both for about 3 weeks, developed uncontrollable restlessness. Worried that was serotonin syndrome. Stopped Colestipol and symptoms resolved. Taking away the Colestipol made gastritis worse. Ended up having to reduce Citalopram to 10 mg to resolve uncontrollable fitwitchiness while taking both.

Does the restlessness dissipate after a period of time? I have been on Chantix for about two weeks, and the restlessness appeared at the end of the first week. I also experienced insomnia. I have reduced my Chantix to one pill per day to see if this helps....opinions appreciated.
