  • From this study (3 days ago):

  • Interaction between Geodon and Celexa, developed Long QT syndrome. STOPPED taking GEODON, reduced Celexa to 20mg QD. Chest pressure, rapid heartbeat resolved. Over the past year started having chest pain again, take Nitro for every episode. No diagnosed condition. Just found out that there MAY be interaction between Celexa and Plaquenil that could also cause Long QT. Celexa and Geodon by themselves both can cause Long QT. Can't quit taking Celexa. Plaquenil is least effective.

  • After taking Celexa (citalopram) for about 4 weeks, I started with jaw pain, tooth pain and head pain but mostly on the left side. It continued and became more severe and started on the right side. I stopped taking the Celexa 5 days ago and still have the neuralgia.
