I cannot speak to the nightmares but for restless leg syndrome i was prescribed Mirapex ER. The Ropinirole did nothing for me. Check with your Dr to see if you are able to try Mirapex ER. I have been using it for about 6 years. I have had RLS for about 35 years. Good luck.
