I have high normal to slightly above normal blood sugars. 100-130. Take Metformin 500 three times a day. Doc suggested Coq10 since I am on statins, Lipitor. However, my finger sticks are now showing 150-175 BS. After reading the article on this I think I will stop the Coq10 York now. Anyone else out there experiencing same thing? 64 y/o female.
Heavy legs, numb feet, better in AM and worsens during day and abates a bit in the evening. Was taking 500 mg daily, now 3x weakly, but tapering off a bit now because Hb and WBC less than optimal at present. Symptoms abating slightly on lower dosage. Also severe cramps in AM.
