  • 2004- Horse accident- landed on head: broke neck, shoulder, crushed clavicle, broke ribs, etc. recovered from broken bones, but soon after diagnosed with chronic Meniere's. Later with Fibromyalgia and Dr. Thinks I probably really have chronic vestibular migraine instead. Lyrica worked best, but I developed allergy- eyes dilated. He put me on Cymbalta. Does not work as well, but allows me to have a life. I also take Baclofen for the muscle spasms.

    Replying to my own post:

To achieve accurate dosage I use a generic brand that has capsules containing 5mg mini-tabs.

I recently reduced my Cymbalta dose by 5 mg per day and the eye irritation eased significantly. Did this by removing one more mini-tab from the capsule and resealing it.
