Hello-I'm no longer taking Cytomel, but I did for a short time 3-4 yrs ago & my periods stopped. I was able to get them restarted, but I've been under a lot of stress recently & I haven't had a period in at least 3 mos.
Can't tolerate Synthroid, feel absolutely horrible on it so have been taking 15 mcg/day of Cytomel (brand name T3) for a couple years which helped at least somewhat lessen most of my symptoms. Then went through a very stressful lengthy period starting in Sept 2012 & the 15 mcg didn't seem to ...
