I have had Cfs for many years. Was recently diagnosed with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and prescribed diltiazem. Had terrible side effects, gradually weaned myself off, but some residual effects remain (resting heart rate in the 40's, even more extreme fatigue, shortness of breath, indigestion and constipation).
