Recent diagnosis of SAPHO. Had one transfusion of Pamidronate 3 weeks ago with worsening of pain. Have had palmar plantar pustulosis for over 15 years.

I wish to switch out budesonide, which is $1000 per month, to try boswellia serrata instead. I have had success in the past with boswellia for joint pain.
I have rheumatoid arthritis and collagenous colitis.
