This is a study of Memory impairment (Memory loss) among people who take Focalin. The study analyzes: the time on Focalin when people have Memory impairment, gender and age of these people, the severity of Memory impairment, how they recovered, and common conditions and drugs used besides Focalin. Focalin

Focalin has active ingredients of dexmethylphenidate hydrochloride. It is used in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Commonly reported side effects of Focalin include convulsion, abnormal behaviour, fatigue, aggression, insomnia.

Memory impairment

Memory impairment has been reported by people with multiple sclerosis, depression, pain, high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol.

  • My doctor hasn't really told me about what side effects I could expect from my medication, so I'd like to know so that if I get a side effect I'll know my medication is causing it and can fix it.

    My 7 yr old was on 25mg Focalin XR and the side affects he developed was a sever head shake. It looked like he was always saying No. Sometimes it was so severe that you could hear his lips flutter. He also complained about stomache aches.

  • depakote side effect seem to increase on the focalin. currently lowering dose possibly changing to new rx. Many memory problems in school on depakote
