I have only been taken this supplement for 2 day's. I am supposed to take 500mg 3 times per day before a meal. Before my morning protein shake, I took one capsule and a couple of hours later I had severe abdominal pain. It only lasted for 2 minutes then I was fine.

I have been hearing complaints about stomach cramping from taking the garcinia Cambogia in pill form and I feel that the problem is that in the pills there are other additives and fillers in the pill to form or fill the capsule. Also the pills have to pass through the liver so that it can process the pills and allow the enzymes in the liver to finally deliver the Cambogia into the bloodstream. By this point, your body is only absorbing 5-18% of the pill you have injested. The other 80 percent is passing through the intestinal walls and will be excreted through your urine and feces. Therefore you may feel the cramping occur. There is a beverage with the Garciania Cambogia in it that is all natural and the garcinia Cambogia is in a liquid form. This increases the absorption rate to 98% going directly into the bloodstream. I am seeing all of my clients get really good results with the beverage as far as body fat composition, as well as weight loss. This may be something you may want to consider.
