Currently taking 100 mg Imuran at night for auto-immune hepatitis and recently reduced predinsone down to 5mg -- also have Crohn's and sarcoidosis. Suffering from extreme fatigue since diagnosed with AIH and taking Imuran. Dr. wants to increase Imuran for Crohn's. Was on Humira for Crohn's but that only made it worse. Remicade was working but then developed high liver enzymes - thus the AIH. Blood work indicates everything is fine including my thyroid and B12. Any advice on reducing fatigue would be appreciated.
