I have experienced severe bone loss, severe osteoporous after taking Klonopin for 20 years. I am going to sue the company as I was not aware of this when given this drug for my anxiety and panic disorder then. My spine is now -3.44 and I am only 63 years old with no history of this in my family.

Normally this happens when we have improper diet, have stressful schedule, drink too much beverages, less sleep or may be lack of sound sleep.
It is necessary at this point to pay attention
1. to have NUTRITIOUS diet.
2. to drink sufficient water.
3. to go to the bed on time so can have 6-8 hrs rest
4. Most important Meditiate. "Mindfullness in plane English" a book can help properly in this case.
5. Please choose slow but permanent solution rather than seeking tablets mostly sleeping pills as quick solution.
