I took Lamictal in 2004 for 3 years then went off it during my pregnancy. My psychiatrist put me back on it 3 weeks ago. Now I'm having debilitating stiffness and weakness in low back and alternating in hips. My feet and legs are so stiff I can hardly walk. I also have awful insomnia.
I read Lamicttal can rarely cause rheumatoid arthritis. I was diagnosed with RA in 2012, but I wonder if I'm in that 2% of the population.
