Hi, I've been on methotrexate for only 5 weeks but been on Lamotrigine for the past 10 years. I have recently been diagnosed with Psoriatic arthritis and am finding it really difficult and am suffering with deep depression as well, I am not coming to terms with it all and need somewhere that I can just offload to people who are in the same situation as myself. I am only 34 and feel I have nothing left in myself as I am due to be signed off on medical grounds so am going to lose my job which is the one thing I was holding on to and now I don't. I hope joining will be a way to some how understand what is happening. Thank you in advance x

Hi, I live in London, UK and have been on Tamsulosin for 4 years. In the past year my GFR has gone down from 60ml/min to 42ml/min. The only regular medication I have been taking is Tamsulosin 0.4mg daily. I wonder if tamsulosin may be the culprit? I would love to hear your experiences. Arun
