Hi, I'm Wendy, I suffer from FM and associated symptoms, sleeping is my worst condition at the moment, I've suffered for years with not being able to get a decent full nights sleep and waken up unrefreshed but in the last few months I've been falling asleep anywhere and everywhere, I'm trying to eliminate meds with sleep side effects, I'm starting with naproxen as it was the last medication I was given. I'm Hoping to get some answers so I can get this sorted out 😴😴😴
Hi, I've been on methotrexate for only 5 weeks but been on Lamotrigine for the past 10 years. I have recently been diagnosed with Psoriatic arthritis and am finding it really difficult and am suffering with deep depression as well, I am not coming to terms with it all and need somewhere that I can just offload to people who are in the same situation as myself. I am only 34 and feel I have nothing left in myself as I am due to be signed off on medical grounds so am going to lose my job which is the one thing I was holding on to and now I don't. I hope joining will be a way to some how understand what is happening. Thank you in advance x
