Hi everyone, Due to kidney stones, I started taking allopurinol (100 mg a day) 4 months ago. 3 months later, severe taste disturbance started. I constantly feel a very salty taste, which is reinforced when I drink or eat. The taste is so strong that I can't feel the taste of food or beverage anymore. I talked to my doctor and he said this can happen but he didn't seem to bother too much. He only said I should take the medication after meals, to see if this side effect diminishes or go away. But I was already taking it after breakfast. As I stopped taking the medication 3 days ago, but the change in taste remains, I am beginning to worry about this. Can this change in taste be permanent? Anyone in the group with the same problem? thanks!! Alex

Hi guys been on litium carbonate for about 10 years, my blood pressure has been normal to prehypertensive. At the moment I am worried about the lithium making it worse, I'm thinking of stopping taking litium to see what happens.
I am currently 20 and I can count on one hand how many times I've had sex. (4 times). Its frustrating dealing with the pressure of not being able to finish. It's actually been one of the reasons my first love left me. I wish I could be more positive about this. Having sex is something I enjoy ...
