I have been on losartan for 2 years and have noticeable thinning of my hair and large spaces on my scalp. Could this be losartan that is causing this. The doctor says its my synthroid but I've been on that for 25 years and never had this problem.
From this study (3 months ago):
The hair loss did not begin when I was first prescribed Cozaar. Think it has been since the generic alternative Losartan Potassium was given Probably approx. 5 years ago.
