I was given 75mg pills from neurologist to help alleviate severe foot pain. Suffering 9 years now. Dr thinks soft tissue inflammation. I took one 75mg pill at bedtime & woke up with sore throat. I took a second 75mg pill at bedtime next night. Woke up & had very painful throat, great difficulty to swallow, and hoarseness. I stopped Lyrica after only 2 pills. 3rd morning I woke up with white blisters in my mouth just inside my lips and the tip of my tongue felt burned. One week after stopping Lyrica I am finally feeling better. Inside mouth still sore but manageable. I had no pain in my feet for the 2 days I took Lyrica which was wonderful.
