I'm very disciplined but just came back from a trip which didn't help..Of the 40 lbs now Im 20 lbs up..I'm going away Saturday for a week and am nervous. Have my diet drops and my carb and fat blockers that I will try..Usually I have my grapefruit at 6;15 AM and am full until my snack time at 10;30..Today I was starved by 9:30..I just made some veg soup for my snack to see if it helps
