Hello, I'm currently on 75mg of methadone daily. I can't get to sleep for 4 or hours after laying down. I have been taking 3mg clonazepam/klonipin at night but it is unhelpful. Does anyone else have this problem?

I figured really that 24 years of hiv might at least give one the peace of mind to sleep . I was wrong , I am serious about recovery for everyone , and it is honestly through your post that give the balls to know tomorrow not granted , might be better . am I dumb or what. ... I feel like a villain , I am not in real life . today my doctor signed off on me and told me after a difficult decline to 1 pill per night , said no more of these horrible pills until the 21st of September .
